• Keepmaterialsawayfrombulbthatmayburn.

• UseONLYwithwattagespeciedorlower.

• DONOTtouchbulbatanytime,useasoftcloth.Oilfromskin

 maydamagebulb.

• DONOToperatexturewithmissingordamagedglass.

1) Screwcentercolumnontocouplingattopofxturebody.

2) Settoptrimontotopofcentercolumn.

3) Screwloopontothreadedpipeattopofcentercolumn.

4) TURN OFF POWER.

IMPORTANT:Beforeyoustart,NEVERattemptanywork

  withoutshuttingofftheelectricityuntiltheworkisdone.

  a) Gotothemainfuse,orcircuitbreaker,boxinyourhome.

   Placethemainpowerswitchinthe“OFF”position.

  b) Unscrewthefuse(s),orswitch“OFF”thecircuitbreaker

   switch(s),thatcontrolthepowertothextureorroomthat

   youareworkingon.

  c) Placethewallswitchinthe“OFF”position.Ifthextureto

   bereplacedhasaswitchorpullchain,placethoseinthe

   “OFF”position.

5) Takethreadedpipefrompartsbagandscrewinscrewcollarloop

 aminimumof6mm(1/4”).Lockintoplacewithhexnut.

6) Runanotherhexnutdownthreadedpipealmosttouchingrst

 hexnut.Nowscrewthreadedpipeintomountingstrap. 

 Mountingstrapmustbepositionedwithextrudedthreadfaced

 intooutletbox.Threadedpipemustprotrudeouttheback

 ofmountingstrap.Connectmountingstraptooutletbox.

7) Unscrewthethreadedringfromscrewcollarloop.Take

 canopyandpassoverscrewcollarloop.Approximatelyonehalf

 ofthescrewcollarloopexteriorthreadsshouldbeexposed.

 Adjustscrewcollarloopbyturningassemblyupordownin

 mountingstrap.Removecanopy.

8) Afterdesiredpositionisfound,tightentophexnutupagainst

 thebottomofthemountingstrap.

9) Slipcanopyoverscrewcollarloopandthreadonthreadedring.

 Attachchain(withxtureconnected)tobottomofscrewcollar

 loop.Unscrewthreadedring,letcanopyandthreadedringslip

 down.

10) Weaveelectricalwireandgroundwirethroughchainlinksno

 morethan3inchesapart.Passwirethroughthreadedring,

 canopy,screwcollarloop,threadedpipeandintooutletbox.

11) Connectxturegroundwiretooutletboxgroundwirewith

 wireconnector.(Notprovided.)Neverconnectgroundwireto

 blackorwhitepowersupplywire.

12) Makewireconnections(connectorsnotprovided).Reference

 chartbelowforcorrectconnectionsandwireaccordingly.

13) Raisecanopytoceiling.

14) Securecanopyinplacebytighteningthreadedringontoscrew

 collarloop.

15) Setglassthenspaceroversocket.

16) Screwsocketringontosocketstosecureglassinplace.

17) Insertrecommendedbulb.CAUTION: DONOTtouchbulb

  withbarehands.Ifthishappens,cleanbulbwithdenatured

  alcoholandalintfreecloth.

18) Slipglasssleeveoverbulb.
